I have read and completely agree with these statements and accept that I may lose my Membership indefinitely and lose access, all privileges, and prizing due to me by breaching any of the terms of this agreement. Further, I and/or my legal guardians will be completely responsible for any and all costs/expenses including legal costs of Red Club and its partners if I cause harm by breaching any of these terms and conditions:

1. As a Red Club Member, I accept and will abide by all rules as stated on Red Club and will not cheat or collude with others at any time.
2. I will not intentionally provide incorrect information when registering for Red Club or open/create multiple Red Club memberships.
3. I understand that a professional code of conduct is expected and that abusive and unsportsmanlike conduct will not be tolerated and may result in the loss of my membership at the discretion of Red Club.
4. I am of the legal age to participate in licensed and/or online events.
5. I fully accept that I am not obligated to participate in online tournaments, and that my participation is completely at my own discretion and I hold Red Club and its partners harmless and fully accept that my actions with regards to any and all events I participate in both live/in person and online are at my sole decision and responsibility.
   

I understand that failure to comply with the Terms and Conditions can result in the loss of my Membership, access, privileges, and prizing awarded by Red Club.
